"Refund Policy - No Physical Returns Required"

• We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis subject to approval. To request a refund, please email us at dadumnaan@gmail.com with clear, detailed photos of the item along with a through explanation of the issue. The more specific your description, the faster we can assess and process your request. 
  
• Customers may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting us at dadumnaan@gmail.com.
• Physical return of items is not required - approved refunds will be processed without the need to ship products back to us.
• All refund requests are reviewed individually and approval is at our sole discretion. 
• Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
